Nick A. Lisikatos was born into the building world and soon after Nick and his father started Lisikatos Construction, Inc., a business that he was to soon take over. After leading jobs for so many years, he saw a market that was missing organization and perhaps a personal touch. He knew that at time the average construction worker may not take into account the personal connection, emotions and planning, when it came to major projects. As the entrepreneur Nick is, found a way to do what he loves while making people happy, created a business around a role that the industry was missing.....
- Lisikatos Building and Development was started with the dreamers in mind. The target of the company was to be able to reduce stress on the home owners, while increasing productivity of the projects.
- Specializing in 'Turn Key' projects, this company found a way to limit the subcontractor confusion and began to be a hub for the discourse.
- As a home owner, business owner or even an investor, you will only have to deal with one person, throughout the entire project for any and all questions.
